Setting the stage
Before we enter your community we gather detailed information about your community and discuss your goals. That information is used to determine the best approach to quickly achieve your goals. Based on the information you supply, a profile will be created. The occupancy hero that best fits that profile will be selected and placed on your property.

48 hour study
Once an occupancy hero is on your property, he or she will take the next 48 hours to become familiar with the demographics of the community. She will gain knowledge of hospitals, shopping centers, preferred employers, schools and more. She will also complete a detailed shopping report of all competing communities. At this time marketing strategies are created. All of your current advertisements will be reviewed and we will start building relationships with area businesses.

Leasing process
We create a warm inviting atmosphere in the office and a welcome home feeling in your rental models. Once that is completed, the leasing begins! The occupancy hero will take traffic and telephone calls and convert them into leases. We are now on the way to achieving your goals.

Training
After the leasing process is complete the occupancy hero will train the entire staff. She will focus on the marketing and closing techniques needed to maintain your properties' success.
